How to track & update a scheduled maintenance?

  1. When you have scheduled a maintenance and if the maintenance conditions have been met, you will be alerted in the home page.
  2. Click on the service alert and you will be able to see the record.
  3. You may click on Track Expense and a window will open. Here fill in the expense related details to the maintenance.

    • Select the vendor.
    • Enter the Service date.
    • Enter the Service mileage.
    • Enter the invoice no.
    • Enter the total amount paid.
    • You may also add a note for the service item if needed.
  4. You may click on Done after adding the details related.
