- Go to the “ADMIN” module from the main menu.
- Select “Manage email templates”.
- Click on “Add New Template”.
- Now fill in the details.
- Give a name for the template.
- You can select the template from the template type drop down stating whether it is for agreement or reservation, etc.
- Subject line refers to the email subject line.
- You can give a description if necessary.
- If you want to attach the reservation or agreement pdf, you may check the attach pdf checkbox.
- Select the status checkbox to activate the template.
- Now click on “Save Changes” to save the template.
- If you want to adjust the template design, you may contact your account manager to get it done.
