How to add a new customer type?

You will be able to add a new method to the customer type drop down. In order to add a new name to the Drop down list, follow these steps.

1. Go to Admin from the main menu.

2. Then go to Compatibility Configuration under Application Configuration.

3. Then click on Add New Configuration.

4. Then fill in the required fields.

    1. Type* (Select “Customer Type” in the drop down option)
    2. Name* (Enter the new customer type name. Eg – Cooperate )

5. Click on Save Changes.

6. Upon saving, the added name will load in the respective type drop down.
