In order to create a new reservation in the mobile app, follow these steps.
- Click on New Reservation.
- Enter the customer’s phone number click on Search.
If the phone number does not exist, then you can create the customer with that phone number.
- Upon searching, check if the customer details are correct and click Continue.
- Fill in the required details and click Continue.
- Select the rate name, check if the rates are correct and click Continue.
- Finally, check the reservation details to see if they’re correct. And then click on Create Reservation.
And with that, you will have created a reservation in your Navotar system.
